They were developed with the help of people with disabilities and their families to help disabled residents achieve or maintain their independence or interdependence in their local communities. If you don&#8217;t want to live in residential care but are having trouble adjusting at home, Gracious Supported Lliving can help. They combine young people, the homeless, and asylum seekers with acceptable housing\u2014which can be your own home\u2014and various sorts of personal care (such assistance with cooking or cleaning dishes).\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"color: #252525;\">Our supported housing services provide a safe place for young people to gain essential life skills and learn to live independently as they make the transition to adulthood.<\/p><p style=\"color: #252525;\">We also offer move-on-services to help residents find and maintain their own independent accommodations, as well as floating support or community outreach services where we provide one-to-one or group support to young people in the community (who do not live in our
